Rebecca Singer is a Vice President at Decarbonization Partners. In this role, Rebecca is focused on investment sourcing, underwriting, execution and portfolio management.

Decarbonization Partners is a joint venture by BlackRock and Temasek investing in leading technology companies, accelerating decarbonization across global industry and economies.

Rebecca manages Decarbonization Partners’ investments in XNRGY Climate Systems (thermal management solutions for critical infrastructure), Carbon Direct (power and carbon markets advisory), Group14 Technologies (advanced battery materials), and Ascend Elements (advanced battery materials).

‍Prior to Decarbonization Partners, Rebecca was a Senior Associate at Temasek (New York office), where she assessed opportunities for and managed investments in Temasek’s North American portfolio. At Temasek, Rebecca invested in climate technology companies across next generation energy, carbon management, and low-carbon materials.

‍Rebecca holds a Master of Global Affairs from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, where she studied as a Schwarzman Scholar. Before that, she graduated from Princeton University in the top 10% of her class with a Bachelor of Arts in Music.
