Cecelia Chen is a Vice President at Decarbonization Partners. In this role, Cecelia is focused on investment sourcing, underwriting, execution and portfolio management.

Decarbonization Partners is a joint venture by BlackRock and Temasek investing in leading technology companies, accelerating decarbonization across global industry and economies.

Prior to Decarbonization Partners, Cecelia was an Associate at General Atlantic China Team, where she helped to evaluate multiple deals in broader China hard tech spaces, including renewables value chain, EV value chain, and logistics value chain. Prior to that, Cecelia spent 2 years at Temasek China Team, where she supported to formulate China Energy Transition Strategy and invested in renewables & energy storage, EV and AV hardware companies.

Cecelia holds a Bachelor in Business and Finance from Peking University and also studied at University of Pennsylvania.
