Eugene Tan is a Vice President at Decarbonization Partners. In this role, Eugene is focused on investment sourcing, underwriting, execution and portfolio management.

Decarbonization Partners is a joint venture by BlackRock and Temasek investing in leading technology companies, accelerating decarbonization across global industry and economies.

Eugene covers Decarbonization Partners' investment in EPG (prefabricated modular data centres).

Prior to Decarbonization Partners, Eugene was an Investment Banking Associate with Credit Suisse’s Technology, Media, and Telecoms (“TMT”) team in Singapore, where he was responsible for overall deal management and execution. With over 4 years of banking experience, some of his notable transactions include the IPO of GoTo (2022), the privatization of Razer Inc. from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2021), and the sale of  D’Crypt Pte. Ltd. to Temasek Holdings (2019).

Eugene holds a Bachelor degree in Accountancy (First Class Honors) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
